The IAIL Framework includes a formal crosswalk to ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and EU Model AI Clauses. IAIL is complementary to these frameworks. It addresses the gap none of them covers.
What IAIL addresses that others don’t
ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and the EU model clauses are forward-looking. They address how to govern AI going forward. IAIL addresses the liability that already accumulated before governance frameworks were adopted and the termination liability that persists after relationships end.
The formal crosswalk is published as Annex C of the IAIL Framework v1.2.
